Communication is the basic tool of God. It has been from the beginning. We read in Genesis 1:3, “Then God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light.” In ordering and creating the universe, God didn’t snap His fingers. He spoke. He communicated, and the worlds came into existence.
